The staff was accommodating. Antonia were really good too help guests and ensure setups ran smoothly. Dumitru at breakfast provided helpful and friendly service each morning. The receptionist, Stef, delivered some of the best customer service I have ever experienced. I appreciated her warm welcome.
The hotel was showing signs of wear in the bathroom. Peeling paint and rust marks were visible on the tiles, a minor distraction.

The hotel boasts a bar with an very nice, long menu that offers a variety of choices. I did not have drinks from the menu, however, the bartender surprised me with cocktails based on my preferences. The drinks were top tier.

The bedroom was spacious. My bed was superior comfy with amazing shower. The bathroom had stylish design and L'Occitane body wash and bath bombs. The room was super clean with gorgeous decoration, I can't wait to be back here.

the shower was AMAZING!!! i think it was the best one i have ever used. the rooms felt spacious, great. the staff were super friendly and helpful. i felt welcome there.
